Longevity
The art of ageing well
Measure your biological age – and influence how quickly you age. The assessment provides a deeper picture of your body's internal health, and I use the results to create a lifestyle plan tailored to you.

Biological age – more than just the number of years
Biological age is not about how many years you have lived, but how well your body's systems function over time. Two people born in the same year can have very different biological ages, depending on factors such as lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, movement and environmental influences.
What do we measure?
The assessment takes a broad, whole-body biological perspective, analysing several levels of the body at the same time – a so-called multi-omics approach. This means we look not only at epigenetic patterns, but also at how different biological systems interact. The analysis reflects, among other things, how the body:
- regulates gene expression
- manages inflammation and stress
- maintains the immune system over time
- regulates metabolism and cellular energy production
Together, these provide a nuanced picture of your biological age and pace of ageing, showing which processes are currently driving ageing and which appear to be protective.
From assessment to a tailored lifestyle plan
Based on your results, we identify the areas that matter most to your biological age. I then develop a personal plan that may include:
- nutrition and metabolic balance
- sleep and circadian rhythm
- movement that strengthens muscles, mitochondria and the nervous system
- stress regulation and recovery
- optimising nutritional status
- reducing burdensome environmental and lifestyle factors
The plan is practical, realistic and designed to fit into everyday life.
Biohacking – balanced and sustainable
Here, biohacking means using measurement, knowledge and sometimes technology to take a more targeted approach to health and ageing. The focus is on supporting the body's own repair and recovery systems rather than pushing for quick results.
A long-term perspective
The aim is not to stop ageing, but to slow its pace, strengthen the body's resilience and create better conditions for energy, cognitive clarity and quality of life over time.
