Train in MediYoga
Would you like to work with medical/therapeutic yoga? The training programmes give you a solid grounding in MediYoga's teaching approach and programmes, as well as tools to work safely and systematically with individuals and groups.
This training programme is delivered in Swedish.
MediYoga Sweden
The training programmes are delivered through MediYoga Sweden, an independent platform for training, networking and inspiration in wellbeing-focused yoga. The platform builds on the teaching tradition developed through the Institute for Medical Yoga (IMY), founded in 1997, and today brings together a national network of instructors and trainers.
MediYoga foundational programme and fundamentals
Stockholm – in person or remotely. Gothenburg, Malmö, Umeå and Linköping – in person.
