Registration and payment

Register for services on this website by emailing info@mindbodybalance.se. Registration is binding.

For consumers, Swedish distance-selling legislation applies, including a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you withdraw from your registration or purchase within 14 days of entering into the agreement, you do not need to give a reason.

An invoice is sent by email and must be paid no later than 14 days after the registration date.

Absence

If you are absent because of illness or caring for a sick child, you may take the course at a later date at no extra cost. A medical certificate substantiating the absence is required for free rescheduling.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your course place to another person or take the course at a later date.

Right to postpone

We reserve the right to postpone training if too few participants enrol. In that case, we will inform you well before the planned start date. Costs incurred with third parties, such as travel expenses, will not be reimbursed if a course is cancelled.

For businesses

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date and must always be completed before the course starts. We reserve the right to make price adjustments. All prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Intellectual property rights

We retain ownership and all intellectual property rights in our products and services. Training materials are intended only for paying participants and may not be copied or distributed without written permission. Digital training may not be made available to third parties without a separate agreement.

Personal data (GDPR)

We process the name and contact information you provide when making a purchase, expressing interest, contacting us or signing up for a newsletter. The purpose is to deliver purchased services, respond to your enquiry or send newsletters. We do not share this information with third parties.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@mindbodybalance.se and asking us to delete your information. If you have a complaint about how we process personal data, you may contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, formerly Datainspektionen).
